I love how Gavin stepped out of his comfort zone on some of the songs and gave the album a much more "rock"y feel esp. on songs like "fell in love with a girl" and "medicate the kids" (that's one to rock out to when you're with friends OR alone... anytime is a good time for that one). I also liked the way he played with his lyrics again, giving some of the songs a sarcastic (!) but meaningful atmosphere. And ppl said it couldn't be done...pehh.. what do they know eh? =)
As I said on my website (http://www.last.fm/user/emellow) this album is perfect for when you're driving down a busy road or even if you're on a road trip with nothing but cows and trees to keep you occupied =)
